Ben is President of Świat Rozpędu and also works as a facilitator and project developer, supporting the design and delivery of experiential learning processes. He brings over 20 years of experience in the international youth field, having worked as a UK-based youth worker and later as a full-time international trainer.
He has been actively involved in the Erasmus+ and Youth in Action programmes as both a participant and a former EVS volunteer, which shaped his long-term commitment to non-formal education and international cooperation. Ben is also part of the EuroPeers trainers pool and has been commissioned as a trainer by several National Agencies, including those in UK, Belgium, Estonia, Germany, and Bulgaria.
His work is strongly rooted in storytelling as a tool for learning and transformation, with a deep interest in how myths, legends, and narrative traditions can be used to support personal development. He believes that everyone has a story worth telling, and that these stories are central to how people grow, connect, and make sense of the world.
Outside of his professional work, Ben is a father of two and has a strong personal interest in sport (especially football), history, and reading — interests that often feed into his storytelling approach and facilitation style.

Barbara Jaskmanicka-Holland
Vice President of the Foundation (Founder)
Barbara is Vice President and co-founder of Świat Rozpędu, bringing many years of experience in creative education and artistic facilitation. Her work is rooted in theatre, music, and dance, and she has led workshops and classes across Poland, supporting children, young people, and adults in developing confidence, creativity, and self-expression through the arts.
She has also worked extensively in the Erasmus+ youth field as an international project coordinator, responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of numerous international projects. In this role, she has supported teams and partners in transforming ideas into meaningful educational experiences, combining strong organisational skills with a deep understanding of non-formal education.
Barbara’s facilitation style is strongly influenced by artistic practice and embodied learning. She creates spaces where creativity becomes a tool for personal growth, emotional expression, and connection with others. Her approach combines structure with imagination, allowing participants to explore themselves and the group through movement, voice, and performance.
Outside of her professional work, Barbara is a mother of two and a dedicated tea and ketchup enthusiast — a detail that tends to divide opinions but never goes unnoticed. Her passion for music and performance continues to shape her everyday life and facilitation style, bringing energy, sensitivity, and creativity into every project she is part of.

Expert Advisor
Paul supports Świat Rozpędu as an external advisor, contributing strategic insight and expertise in youth development, international cooperation, and organisational governance. He is the CEO of Mental Health Motorbike
(https://mhmotorbike.com), where he leads initiatives focused on mental health outreach, peer support, and community-based wellbeing work. This experience strongly informs his approach to youth work, particularly in relation to mental health awareness, resilience, and supporting vulnerable young people.

Marianna collaborates with Świat Rozpędu as a facilitator in international trainings and educational projects. Her practice is rooted in creativity and artistic expression, including singing, poetry, podcasting, collective storytelling, and writing. She designs learning spaces that help young people explore identity, voice, and self-expression through creative and participatory methods.
