Journey of Unity - Empowering Communities
The Community of Practice formed during the training course has blossomed into a dynamic and supportive network of educators and youth workers, continuing to inspire and uplift one another beyond the life of the project. The journey of unity established during the program extends far beyond its official timeline, creating lasting connections that foster professional and personal growth. A vibrant WhatsApp community remains highly active, serving as a space for ongoing discussions, peer support, and general camaraderie. Regular Zoom meetings provide targeted guidance, helping participants navigate their Youthpass competencies, share best practices, and support each other in dissemination events and everyday challenges. Additionally, a dedicated group check-in via Zoom a few months post-project ensures that the sense of community remains strong, reinforcing the project's impact and sustaining a network of collaboration and encouragement in the long term.
Through our Lithuanian school partners they will share the learning and best practices from the Journey of Unity at teacher training days organised by their school for all teachers in their region of Lithuania - further spreading the community of practice.
